Mermaid Beach has welcomed new takeaway cafe and grocer, Corganics, offering a range of gluten free, allergy sensitive, vegan, and raw menu items.

Corganics was created out of the vision to build an eco-conscious business, providing healthy, organic food and produce for those who want to live a nutritious and environmentally friendly life.

The founders understood how difficult, time consuming and costly it can be to make healthy and green lifestyle choices, so they created Corganics to make fresh organic food, produce and beverages more easily accessible.

Head Chef Kayleane Murphy has experience working across the globe, with her experience working in the Gwinganna Health Resort and London’s Mayfair’s top venues helping her to bring “the ultimate health experience” to Mermaid Beach.

Corganics endeavour to use the freshest organic ingredients available to them, combined with quality produce.

The takeaway cafe offers a deli with fresh produce and meals-to-go. The menu is expansive, including açaí bowls, juices and smoothies, burgers, raw desserts, and even an in-house brewed and bottled Kombucha.

The cafe grinds Happy Farmers Organics Coffee, a fine speciality Arabica bean which is 100 percent organic.

The restaurant is open from 6 am until 10 pm, and treats customers to a full breakfast menu, as well as all day options, and desserts.

With the popularity of more healthy alternatives to a meal out, Corganics is set to offer something for the foodie of any taste. As well as an 100% organic menu, Corganics will be doing their part to protect the planet.
