On September 26 Customs House launced the Moët Rosé Garden, a picture-perfect spot to spend the afternoon with river views. Guests enjoyed the perfect sip of Moët & Chandon Rosé paired with the seasonal pop up menu. The pop-up rosé garden offers an array of pink-hued rosé wines from across the globe including Moët Brut Imperial NV and Rameau d’Or, alongside the refreshing likes of rosé sangria and a Moët rosé-based Pretty in Pink cocktail. To eat, guests enjoyed the likes of prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano boards, delicate scampi caviar blini with crème fraîche and chervil, duck spring rolls with kimchi & XO sauce, and fried cauliflower with whipped lemon ricotta. The beloved Moreton Bay buy croissant also stayed on the menu from previous pop-ups, this time around with crisp prosciutto, iceberg lettuce and lime mayo.
