Effervescence hosted its Champagne Trail at Spicers Hidden Vale on Sunday 2 September. Guests were invited to taste various Champagnes throughout the day while being serenaded by live music and served a delicious selection of French-inspired food. Four stations represented each of the main growing regions in Champagne, France including Montagne de Reims, Vallee de la Marne, Cote de Blancs, and Cote de Bar. The theme continued with French-style markets, activities and cooking demonstrations.
