Sanctuary Cove’s modern Italian eatery Ioseco Restaurant has extended its offering with the official opening of cafe Esco at The Marine Village.
Esco boasts an indulgent modern Italian and Mediterranean menu along with coffee and an extensive drinks menu to be enjoyed into the afternoon. Restaurant owner and chef Max Alfieri says Esco has been created to indulge Ioesco’s loyal diners with the premium cuisine they are accustomed to, at any time of the day. “Esco will extend the trading hours of Ioesco just in time for the stunning warmer months on the Gold Coast serving up great coffee, an extensive breakfast menu and a light lunch menu infused with the quality and taste combinations that have made Ioesco famous throughout Sanctuary Cove and the Gold Coast,” said Max. “Located overlooking one of the most beautiful harbours in the world Esco is the perfect place to start the day, soaking up the serenity for breakfast, to enjoy lunch alfresco in the sunshine or to meet up with friends for a drink as the sun sets.”
Guests at Esco can expect divine Italian and Mediterranean-infused cuisine, linen napkins and a world-class view dished up with a side of supreme service. The Esco menu is comprehensive with an array of simple delights prepared and cooked to perfection. One of the most popular menu items is set to be the poached eggs, asparagus, vine-ripened tomatoes served with toast and a side of extra virgin olive oil.
Mulpha Sanctuary Cove General Manager Stephen Anderson says Esco is a welcomed addition to The Marine Village’s extensive dining offering, further securing the precinct as an acclaimed dining destination. “Ioesco Restaurant has been a mainstay in The Marine Village for the past nine years and during this time has built a strong rapport as one of the best Italian restaurants on the Gold Coast,” said Stephen. “We are proud of this reputation and look forward to watching Esco become a new favourite for locals and visitors too.”
Max and his team are renowned for showcasing true Italian hospitality at Ioesco, a virtue that is to be extended to the operation of Esco. The addition of Esco to Ioesco’s offering cements the Sanctuary Cove restaurant as one of the Gold Coast’s premier Italian restaurants with an elegant dining room for special occasions complete with soaring ceilings, sparkling chandeliers, a marble bar and water views, complemented by a relaxed vibe and alfresco seating in the tranquil Sanctuary Cove surrounds.
Esco is located 3a Masthead Way Sanctuary Cove and is open for breakfast and lunch, seven days a week.
