Guests will be served up an elegant high tea at Stamford Plaza Brisbane for Cancer Council’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea on Thursday 23 May. Channel 7’s Kendall Gilding will host the fashionista-themed high tea where guests will hear from an inspirational cancer survivor and Cancer Council Queensland representatives.

Cancer Council Queensland’s CEO Chris McMillan called on Brisbane locals to fill their cups with hope to support a cancer free future. “The Stamford Plaza has been a loyal supporter of Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea for ten years now and we can’t thank them enough for their continued dedication to our cause,” Mcmillan Said. “Supporting Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is easy, it’s fun and you’ll be making a big difference to the lives of those affected by cancer, because every cup counts.”

Stamford Plaza Director of Marketing Debbie MacGillivray said the hotel was proud to support Cancer Council Queensland. “We are very pleased to host an Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea for the tenth year and raise funds for the important work of Cancer Council Queensland,” MacGillivray said “Buy your tickets now and enjoy a sumptuous high tea buffet and fantastic raffles, hear from Cancer Council Queensland Ambassadors and of course, and of course soak up the gorgeous surrounds of our stunning riverside venue, all while helping a great cause.”

All funds raised from Cancer Council’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea are used to support lifesaving cancer research, prevention programs and support services.
