Venessa Cowell, Head of Food Events, Fairfax said, “The Brisbane food scene is finessed, dramatic and innovative and we wanted to showcase that in this year’s Good Food Month’s program. We’ve got one-off, unique collaborations across three feature events that food lovers of Brisbane will be very excited about. We’ve brought the head chef of two-hatted Lûmé to GOMA for an evening of modern art, both on the walls and on your plate. The perennial favourite, Young Chefs Lunch returns this year, showcasing the next generation of superstar chefs at OTTO. The incredibly beautiful and extremely delicious Donna Chang’s will host an evening with Chef, Author and Television Personality, Adam Liaw.”
The Night Noodle Markets will return to South Bank from 24 July to 4 July and the sizzling food market under the stars will once again be packed with exciting and oh-so-fresh Asian-influenced flavours.
