The Emporium Hotel Southbank hosted the annual Hats and High Tea event on Sunday the 8th of September.  Guests enjoyed a fashionable afternoon of champagne, exquisite high tea and beautiful hats, as well as special guest, Fashions on the Field winner and racewear trends expert Mildred Ellwood.  Spring collections were showcased by Milliners Patricia Ann Balmer Millinery, Flora Fascinata and Jay Millinery, ahead of the Spring Racing Carnival.
