The Overflow Estate 1825 just outside Boonah held a very special EAT LOCAL WEEK prelude event on 12 June– the Italian Winter Feast! Guests were treated to an Italian Winter Feast by award winning executive chef, Richard Ousby. The event started at 4pm with the crowd watching the sun set over the water and mountains while being entertained by fabulous local musicians. The menu of local produce was paired beautifully with the local Estate wines. It was a great night among the vines.
