La Stazione at Milton is now open for breakfast with the team behind this popular Italian restaurant believing they have created a menu that will give locals a reason to get up early.

Co-owner of La Stazione Sam Mustafa said he is looking forward to giving Brisbane diners a taste of some of the dishes he created with his head chef Fernanda Otelinger, when he was running Local & Co at Main Beach on the Gold Coast. “Our Crushed Avo-Toasted Croissant was the most popular dish on our breakfast menu at Local & Co, and we expect it to be just as popular in Brisbane. We love experimenting with new flavour combinations and this one is definitely a winner,” said Sam.

Boasting some classic favourites, the menu also includes some inspirational new dishes including their signature Crushed Avo Toasted Croissant with Danish fetta, watercress, mint, lime, seeds, spiced nuts and two poached eggs. Those looking for a healthy option need look no further than the Healthy Start, a dish consisting of roasted sweet potatoes, zucchini, quinoa fritters, beetroot labneh, smashed avocado, poached eggs, dukkah and rye toast.

Located underneath the new Milton Residences and right next door to Milton Station, La Stazione is open for Breakfast from 7 am to 11:30 am Friday to Sunday.
