QC Club has released a new menu for winter, guaranteed to have your tastebuds excited for the cold season, even if the rest of you is not. Winter is all about indulging in hearty food and rich flavours and QC Club has it covered with a menu full of comforting dishes, local produce and international spice to warm the soul.

Begin with some delicious entrées, such as Greek Spiced Squid served with a beetroot and feta sauce; Duck, Fig and Walnut Pate served with house-made tandoor bread; or Moreton Bay Bug and Crunchy School Prawns accompanied by betel leaves and a Thai coconut sauce.

For the main course, take advantage of the cold weather to eat to your heart’s content, with dishes including Barbecued Lamb Leg served with truffle mash, rosemary pumpkin and charred corn, topped with horseradish and mint gravy; Peking Duck Breast served on black rice with a medley of vegetables tossed in sweet and sour sauce; plus a range of premium Rangers Valley steaks and gourmet burgers like the mouth watering Corned Beef with pickles, gruyere cheese sauce and sauerkraut on a black bun.

Since dessert is a must when the temperature drops, finish with a sweet ending such as Apple, Blueberry and Cinnamon Pie with a side of warm vanilla bean cream; or an Affogato with your choice of liqueur, macadamia ice cream and fresh house-made cookie.

The full menu is available for lunch and dinner, along with a range of wines and other fine drops to perfectly top off your meal. Enjoy your meal in the gorgeous surrounds of the new-look QC Club, with incredible views of the iconic Gabba stadium – all the more reason to relax and linger over a delicious bite to eat.

For the months of June and July, guests are welcome to dine at QC Club to indulge in delightful new winter flavours. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. To reserve your table, phone 3396 4533.
