Luxury apartment developer Cavcorp has unveiled its latest project, Le Bain at Newstead, which founder and director Damien Cavallucci says will be a standout project in Brisbane City.

Construction recently began at Le Bain, with the project set to be completed by April 2020. The development features 128 intimately crafted apartments over 15 levels. The crown jewel is the private rooftop pool, inspired by the beaches of southern France.

“The urban rooftop oasis features world-class amenities including; infinity pool, two-temperature controlled spas, private dining room, outdoor barbecue facilities, yoga deck, state of the art fitness centre and rooftop sauna with an uninterrupted city-scape view.  After meeting owner demands and for the first time in Cavcorp history, we have designed an exclusive offering of eight, four-bedroom Penthouses, meticulously designed to combine the natural advantages of the double frontage site.  Le Bain has been designed with sensitivity to its surroundings, carefully configured to sit comfortably between its neighbours. Imaginative and distinctive, Le Bain will be a sculptural landmark in Newstead, a sought after location where lifestyle meets luxury,” Mr Cavallucci said.

Cavcorp is recognised for its luxury apartments in Brisbane, in particular, Lucent Gasworks, which was recently awarded Australia’s best Highsise Building (famously known for Australia’s Longest Rooftop Pool). “I am always thinking of breakthrough concepts which will evoke a genuine reaction,” says Mr Cavallucci.
