The official launch event of Mai Gai one of Everton Park’s newest dining spots, was a success with local VIPs, media, influencers, business partners, family, and friends attending the colourful Southeast Asian restaurant for its first adventure. Guests enjoyed canape style Southeast Asian bites made by Mai Gai Head Chef, Suchada Nakbunchuay, and her team along with a range of the restaurant and bar’s house-made cocktails. Local DJ, Ryan Livings soundtracked the night with a tropical house mix featuring his iconic saxophone. The launch event set the tone for the subsequent opening of Mai Gai on Friday, 15 October, with bookings now available to the public.
