To celebrate the first week of spring, Buderim Ginger has shared its Lychee Ginger Rose High Ball to toast to the warmer months, and celebrate The Ginger Factory’s 2018 Ginger Pride Rally on Saturday 6 October.

Lychee Ginger Rose Highball
Ingredients
- 4 muddled lychees
- 45 mL Gin
- 15 mL Lychee Liqueur
- 7.5 mL Rose syrup
- 15 mL Lime juice
- Topped with Buderim Ginger Beer
Method
- Combine all ingredients and stir.
- Serve in a high ball glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and orange wedge.
