Oxford Street in Bulimba is Brisbane’s latest flavour destination, recently welcoming Ribs & Burgers to the fold. The demand for Ribs & Burgers’ secret sauces, family recipes and eight-hour slow-cooked ribs and range of burgers is the stuff of legend, with a line-up of stars standing testament to the temptation of the taste.

Some of the noticeable supporters of Ribs & Burgers are Joel and Benji Madden of The Voice, Sonny Bill Williams, MMA fighter Kimbo Slice and Italian soccer star Alessandria Del Piero to name a few.  Ribs & Burgers is home to the new Beyond Burger, starring the incredible plant-based patty that brings all the flavours of a classic meat patty to the mouth, but it’s not,perfect for  vegetarians.

This is the third restaurant opening for Ribs & Burgers in Brisbane, with more than 700,000 burgers and almost 200,000 ribs served since its initiation into the River City about five years ago. The expansion of Ribs & Burgers is not just in Brisbane but also nationally and globally. The food promise of Ribs & Burgers is that all meats are free range, grass fed, anti-biotic free and steroid free and cut to order, the grilling process is unique to the restaurant and the recipes and techniques used are fostered from an older generation of family members. Paying special tribute to the traditional butcher shop, Ribs & Burgers celebrates the history and phenomena of butchers and their passion and knowledge for meat in both the menu and in the décor, which is infused with nostalgia and globally sourced vintage elements.
