Established in 2008, The Sunshine Coast International Fashion Festival has begun its search for a Model Ambassador for its 12th annual event on 18 and 19 October.
SCFF provides a global platform for designers to showcase swim, resort, ready to wear, ethical, intimates, wearable art and couture Summer fashion ranges. For those that are passionate about and admire the international and national fashion industry, this role provides opportunities to learn about the industry and engage with professionals in all areas throughout the event. Participating as a Model Ambassador for SCFF 2019, will be a memorable experience allowing networking opportunities with designers, models and the public.
To be considered for this role, the applicant must be aged 17 or above on 19 October 2019, male or female and has previously walked for SCFF at any time since 2008. This is an amazing opportunity as many previous ambassadors have gone on to work nationally and globally as models. Charlie Hall, Tayla Spiers, Shannon Guthrie, Taylor Ridley, Breanna McKay and Jana Kruger are some of the models who have found success both nationally and internationally.
The Sunshine Coast International Fashion Festival, will present a curated fashion show where only the best established and emerging designers will showcase their work on the catwalk. The purpose of the show is to celebrate emerging and established talent by acknowledging their innovative and creative entrepreneurship. The event will take place on October 18 and 19 at The Sebel, Pelican Waters, providing a luxury platform to align with one of the most prestigious events in the Australian Fashion Calendar.
