Cape Bouvard Developments hosted a resident’s social event at Emerald apartments with approximately 70 guests attending from Elandra, Riverlight, Iluka & Emerald apartment buildings. Catering was provided by Noosa Waterfront Restaurant with Chef Andrea Ravezzani on hand to show off his culinary skills, producing a great range of delicious canapes with matching wines being supplied by Paolo Sandri from Convivium Wine. The event celebrated the Settler’s Cove Community with guests from the project’s previous stages over the past 12 years.
