Ready cause a rumble, Beaux Rumble is the first restaurant to open its’ doors at the new and highly anticipated Ada Lane. The restaurant is located precinct adjacent to The Calile Hotel Fortitude Valley, Beaux Rumble combines a two-story restaurant, featuring a main dining room on the lower level and two private dining areas on the second, with Alan Wise’s culinary taste and class. The inspiration from New York’s Grand Central Station factor into the restaurant being one of the hottest dining destinations in Brisbane.

Internationally acclaimed, fiercely Australian chef Alan Wise has worked in New York’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants. “Beaux Rumble his culinary canvas”. “Dining at Beaux Rumble is a ‘taste adventure’, and while the design features a huge custom grill and wood-fire oven, what is prepared over and in it respectively, is not what Brisbane diners will expect. Beaux Rumble will also be opening for lunch and brunch. The French Beaux-Arts designed venue will be offering  Australian wood-fired cuisine however,  with a focus on seafood and plant-based dishes.
