Soho Gardens Restaurant celebrated “Summer at Soho”, launching the official Summer menu on October 16, at their Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre location.
Over 120 guests & Brisbane influencers enjoyed a signature Soho Berry Margarita on arrival with canapes including sashimi tuna with wasabi aioli and toasted sesame in soy, confit duck spring rolls with pickled cucumber & spring onion, and the standout, passionfruit crème brulee. The pop-up Gin station offered refreshing gin-cocktails and freshly shucked oysters were served from the Oyster station. This launch event was hosted by Brisbane Celebrity Chef, Alastair McLeod and styled in a summer tropics vibe by SP Event Design.
