WOTSO has announced it will open one of the largest co-working spaces on the Sunshine Coast. Located in Chancellor Park, right next to retail store Joyce Mayne, WOTSO is Queensland’s first container concept co-working environment.

Created with small companies and co-working in mind, WOTSO found a new approach to office spaces without all the overhead fees. These work spaces were created with the intention of housing a variety of people and giving them a private space to work without the distractions of a home. Where users can rent out an entire office or simply just a desk depending on their requirements.

Tenants of this innovative space can expect their meetings, phone calls and general day-to-day work life taking place in upcycled shipping containers that have been fitted out in materials that perfectly blend with their new coastal location.

WOTSO offers no long term contracts across all of its offerings, whether it be serviced offices, hot-desks or permanent desks, as well as daily drop-in options. Members looking for a more private environment also have the option of offices all within the four walls of a shipping container. With natural light streaming through the large windows and recycled tyre lights hanging from the roof, WOTSO Sunshine Coast is set to be an exciting draw card for small to medium businesses looking for a creative networking hub.
