Luxury property and travel club ThirdHome has launched its new rental offering and travel adventure concierge service.
Previously a private club for the owners of high-end second homes wishing to exchange time in their properties for says in destinations around the world, ThirdHome is now expanding to provide luxury travel opportunities for all by adding rentals to its offering. The club’s high standards will be evident in this new venture, with the value of properties averaging $3 million. Each home is carefully reviewed for its desirable location and quality furnishings, with many of the properties available through the service not available on other rental websites. Those wanting to list their property on ThirdHome’s rental website can do so without charge and with no commission when also signing up to the Exchange club. Holidaymakers can liaise with the homeowner directly through ThirdHome before booking, and may also be able to gain access to other private members clubs and perks in the local area.
The ThirdHome Adventure programs has also been launched, as a range of curated travel adventures tailored towards guests who want to become deeply immersed in their destination, and looking for meaningful opportunities during their stay.
Since starting in 2009, ThirdHome’s Exchange Club boasts more than 10,000 properties worldwide, as well as endorsements from resorts and residential developments like The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club.
