Featuring market fresh tipples encompassing flavours and aromas of ancient Arabian spice routes; the vibe of the new summer cocktail menu is an ode to European coastal sunsets and vast Middle Eastern landscapes. Kicking the event off with a masterclass, the bar team impressed media, VIPs and local influencers with a curated collection of colonial inspired rums and playful cocktails blended with top shelf exclusive spirits. Guests were taken on a delicious and unique journey through Israel and the Middle East with signature cocktails, seasonal sips, and a new shrub based cocktail list paired with delectable bar bites from Executive Chef Roy Ner and head chef Dario Manca.
