Bold Living has been announced as a winner at the 2018 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Australian Housing Awards held in Singapore.

The South East Queensland company was awarded the HIA Australian Professional Medium Builder Award, knocking out six other residential builders from around the country. Bold Living Owner and Director Brett Boulton said while the company had been recognised as the top Queensland Professional Medium builder three years running, this award was a significant milestone for the company. “We are so unbelievably thrilled to be acknowledged and recognised on a national stage for the work we do here,” he said. “We are passionate about continuing to offer innovative designs, quality construction and the flexibility to work with our clients to deliver their dream home.”

The national award follows a stellar 2017 and an even better 2018 for Bold Living, with the company on track to complete more than $65 million worth of new homes – equating to more than 300 homes this financial year. Mr Boulton said Bold Living was continuing to expand its presence across South East Queensland and had set its sights on the growing Lockyer Valley and Gold Coast markets in particular. “Following the opening of our display homes at Plainland – located midway between Brisbane and Toowoomba – last year, we have been focussing on growing our presence in that area and it’s surroundings, in-line with continued population growth,” he said.

Bold Living has also launched a Smart Living range, which is designed for first home buyers and offers an affordable range of designs and inclusions. Over the coming months, Bold will continue to expand its footprint across South-East Queensland, with three new display homes opening this month at Stockland Pallara Estate and Ellendale Estate in Upper Kedron. An additional 12 display homes across the South East are either under construction or planned.
