Kady Capewell has created a fun and different range of gifting options that also support a good cause. Her inflatable gifting service, Fancy Schmancy Balloon Co boasts a range of exciting balloons with different slogans to suit a variety of occasions.

The out-of-the-box range also helps support people struggling with postnatal depression, by donating $10 from every balloon sale to Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia (PANDA). Kady said the cause PANDA supports is very close to her heart. “After giving birth to my child, I was diagnosed with postnatal depression, so I love that PANDA’s purpose is to help families cope with such a common, yet not openly talked about form of depression,” said Kady. “Despite being primarily associated with women, one in 10 new dads also struggle with anxiety or depression in the year following the birth of their baby.”

Kady said post natal depression can feel like a heavy, dark cloud and sometimes you need that little something to lift you back up again. “We founded Fancy Schmancy Balloon Co to give the boot to stock-standard gifts for special occasions, and we hope our Father’s Day range will bring some light-hearted fun to all the amazing dads out there,”said Kady.

Fancy Schmancy Balloon Co. is releasing a limited-edition range of dad loving balloons just in time for Father’s Day on 2 September. Available in eight greetings, including ‘Dad Bod on Point’, ‘Thanks For Saying Yes When Mum Said No’ and ‘A Daughter Like Me is a Good Enough Gift’, plus the more traditional ‘Love You, Dad!’ and ‘Happy Father’s Day!’, there is a balloon to suit every dad’s sense of humour. Adding a personal touch to father’s day this year while also donating to a good cause is what the business aims to provide with their customised balloon surprises for the fancy hearts.
