Brisbane’s newest bao hotspot Nom Nom Bao is celebrating its Fortitude Valley opening by giving away 100 signature bao buns to the public at 6pm on Friday 7 September.

Focused on serving fluffy bao rolls with addictive fillings, the relaxed restaurant and bar is open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. From crispy pork belly and hoisin sauce, galabi beef with kimchi slaw, fried chicken teriyaki, succulent tofu or miso cured cod, the menu will have bao-lovers hooked. The indulgent dessert bao with icecream and seasonal fruit is a favourite addition for any foodie with a sweet tooth. The restaurant also offer a range of wines, Green Beacon craft beer on tap, freshly made cocktails and bubble teas.

Nom Nom Bao is located on Warner Street with sister restaurants Nom Nom Korean, Nom Nom Ramen & Sake Bar in Bakery Lane.
