Miss Moneypenny’s is excited to announce that acclaimed chef Rose Ang will be joining their team in the role of Group Executive Chef. As Miss Moneypenny’s gears up for brand expansion into the Broadbeach market, Rose has come on board to head up the group role.

Rose Ang has an impressive resume, which includes executive positions at some of the world’s most renowned restaurants. Notably, Rose has been Executive chef at Nobu Mykonos, Zuma and Roka London before taking the concept and opening it at the Venetian in Macau, along with time as Executive at the world famous Bedrutt’s Palace in Switzerland. She then went on to manage the restaurant operations at The Belvedere Hotel Greece, which included overseeing Nobu and The Belvedere Club By George Calombaris. She then returned to Australia and was instrumental in opening Sake at Hamer Hall Melbourne as Executive chef.

Prior to this experience, Rose had spent years training in some of the best hotels such as Raffles in Singapore and La Reserve in Geneva Switzerland. Most recently, Rose was Group Executive with the Saffron Group in Baku which saw her opening various concepts including The Buddha Bar From Paris.
