Back for one of the most anticipated racing seasons of the year, the Spring Racing Carnival at Gold Coast Turf Club‘s Aquis Park has released its racing season meets and events, highlighting the glitz, glamour and adrenaline of Gold Coast racing.

Aquis Park CEO Steve Lines said Aquis Park’s Spring Racing Carnival is set to impress with a stellar program of premier race meets, functions and off-track entertainment. “Throughout the carnival, Aquis Park will offer nine weeks of the best provincial thoroughbred racing both on the big screen and live on-track, plus a range of entertainment and hospitality packages to suit all tastes,” Steve said.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation charity race day will include seven races, including the Pink Ribbon Cup and will launch on 22 September. Attendees will be delighted by dessert sponsors Gelato Messina at this year’s Cox Plate event on 27 October in the Canary Bar where tastebuds will be treated to a bespoke Messina dessert. Known as the biggest day for black and white, Derby Day by Moet Ice Imperial will see thousands of guests indulging in the region’s most glamorous celebration of fashion, fun and prestige racing.

“On top of the day’s fashion and hospitality events, attendees will view the AAMI Victoria Derby, Australia’s premier staying classic for three-year old’s, with more than $2 million in prize money on the line,” said Steve. “We’ll then finish the carnival in style, as the only venue on the Gold Coast playing the race that stops the nation on the big screen, alongside our own live racing program.”

Aquis Park’s 2018 Melbourne Cup packages have also been released, including a four hour drink package, grazing menu and entertainment.
