Entrepreneur, socialite, author, and media personality Roxy Jacenko is bringing her In Conversation seminar to the Gold Coast for the first time, following the success of her annual seminars in Sydney and Melbourne, which have sold out consistently since 2015.

As the founder and director of one of Australia’s leading public relations (PR) companies, Sweaty Betty PR, Roxy will share her insights on using PR and social media to build both personal and business brands.

Since founding Sweaty Betty at the age of 24, Roxy has grown her business into a multi-million dollar business empire representing some of the globe’s leading brands for the past 13 years.

She then founded The Ministry of Talent in in 2012, Australia’s first management agency solely dedicated to digital influencers.

If running these two businesses and being a mother of two wasn’t enough, Roxy established online store Pixies Bows in 2017, when she was unable to find hair bows for her then-toddler Pixie. This simple idea has now grown into a global brand sought after by Aussie mums and Hollywood A-listers alike.

A former contestant on the Channel 9 show Celebrity Apprentice, Roxy is also the author of three successful fiction novels – Strictly Confidential, The Rumour Mill and The Spotlight.

Her novels take readers on a whirlwind journey through the life of main character Jazzy Lou as she climbs her way up through Australia’s PR industry.

During her Gold Coast seminar, Roxy will discuss an array of PR and marketing topics covering everything from digital media to how to make your way in business, be it as a start-up or an established operation.

In Conversation with Roxy Jacenko offers Roxy’s top tips and tricks for aspiring PR and social media professionals, as well as a gift bag with goodies from some of Australia’s favourite brands. She is set to speak at The Star on the Gold Coast on 16 February.
