Everton Plaza is opening 4 new stores as part of a centre re-launch. Stellarossa, 5 Boroughs, Neighbourhood Market Co. and LaDiva will open its doors in the coming weeks, with two of the four launching Saturday June 22. The full centre launch is set in late 2019 however stores will progressively open in the meantime.

Neighbourhood Market Co will be the fresh produce cornerstone of the exciting new retail and dining precinct in the plaza, and will feature everything from: meats, cheese, breads, antipasta, fruits and vegetables. Owners and brothers Michael and Peter are excited to join the community. “Having grown up in a family run fruit and vege shop, we’ve been inspired to continue the tradition, with our passion for food and service. We can’t wait to finally open our doors and begin building relationships within the community,” they said.

Stellarossa was the first of a range of new cafes and restaurants to open as part of the re-development. Owned and operated by northern suburb locals: Anna Edwards, husband Nathan, and son Henry; Stellarossa is more than just great food and coffee. “We have a passion to provide a genuinely warm and welcoming experience to all of our guests, similar to that of visiting a friend’s home,” Anna said. The cafe will be decked out with a completely new style and an expansive outdoor and poet-friendly dining area. Stellarossa’s menu now features pizza and ingredients are all proudly sourced from Neighbourhood Market Co.

Another addition to the plaza’s food and dining area is 5 Boroughs. The establishment combines burgers, bar and grill with a New York style restaurant experience. This restaurant will be one of many across Brisbane, which founders Marisa and Todd Clayton say will offer a diverse food culture. “5 Boroughs is your local taste of New York”, Todd explains, “It is a Burgers, Bar & Grill restaurant and we are excited that our 5th restaurant is located in a Brooklyn style laneway at Everton Plaza, bringing a Manhattan experience brought to life by an all-day kitchen that never closes, a lively bar and your favourite sports televised live.” The Everton Plaza location will use the signature design elements of each 5 Boroughs which include red brick from the Meat Packing District, a New York wall mural, vintage subway tiles, schoolhouse white
glass pendant lights, timber paneling and charcoal paint hues.

LaDiva Nails & Beauty at Everton Plaza is the second store that founder Maria has rolled out in the Brisbane area, and has all the classic services of a nail salon, but with a modern twist. In addition to manicures and pedicures, the store specialises in intricate nail art, with an extensive range of colours and tools to create any look.
